1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for, accessing, or using Sabai Money services, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our services.

2. Service Description

Sabai Money provides digital payment gateway services and related products including:

• Payment Gateway: LaoQR payment processing for businesses
• Gold Signal Trade: Trading signals and market analysis
• Nongngern Money Tracker: Financial tracking and budgeting tools
• HugArt.la: Online marketplace for art

3. Account Registration

3.1 Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
• Operate a legitimate business (for payment gateway services)
• Provide accurate and complete information
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in Laos

3.2 Account Approval

All accounts are subject to approval by Sabai Money. We reserve the right to reject any application or suspend/terminate any account at our discretion.

3.3 Account Security

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your API keys and passwords
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Using strong passwords and rotating them regularly

4. Payment Gateway Services

4.1 Transaction Processing

When you use our payment gateway:

• Transactions are processed through our banking partners
• Funds are credited to your wallet upon successful payment
• We provide real-time notifications via WebSocket and webhooks
• All transactions are final once completed

4.2 Transaction Limits

Current transaction limits:

• Minimum: 1,000 LAK per transaction
• Maximum: 50,000,000 LAK per transaction
• Daily and monthly limits may apply based on your account type

4.3 Fees

Transaction fees apply as per our pricing schedule. We reserve the right to modify fees with 30 days' notice to users.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawal terms:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: 100,000 LAK
• Processing time: 1-2 business days
• Withdrawals to verified bank accounts only
• Withdrawal fees may apply
• We reserve the right to verify and approve all withdrawal requests

6. Prohibited Activities

You may not use our services to:

• Process payments for illegal goods or services
• Engage in fraudulent or deceptive practices
• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Sell prohibited items (weapons, drugs, counterfeit goods, etc.)
• Process transactions for gambling or adult content
• Engage in money laundering or terrorist financing
• Manipulate or abuse the platform
• Reverse engineer or attempt to access our systems unauthorized

7. Refunds and Chargebacks

7.1 Merchant Responsibility

As a merchant, you are responsible for:

• Handling customer refund requests
• Providing accurate product/service descriptions
• Delivering goods or services as promised
• Maintaining customer service standards

7.2 Refund Processing

For refund assistance, contact our support team. Refunds must be processed through our system and may take 3-5 business days to complete.

8. API Usage

When using our API:

• Follow our API documentation and guidelines
• Respect rate limits and usage quotas
• Keep your API keys secure and confidential
• Do not share API keys with third parties
• Implement proper error handling
• Monitor your API usage and logs

9. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Sabai Money services are owned by Sabai Money and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute our content
• Use our trademarks without permission
• Reverse engineer our software
• Create derivative works

10. Liability and Disclaimers

10.1 Service Availability

While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for:

• Service interruptions or downtime
• Banking system failures
• Network connectivity issues
• Force majeure events

10.2 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sabai Money shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, or data
• Business interruption
• Damages exceeding the fees paid to us in the past 12 months

10.3 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Sabai Money harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.

11. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

• You violate these Terms of Service
• We suspect fraudulent activity
• Required by law or regulatory authorities
• Your account has been inactive for 12+ months
• You fail to pay applicable fees

Upon termination, you must immediately cease using our services. We will process pending transactions and facilitate withdrawal of remaining funds subject to our policies.

12. Data Protection

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

13. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via:

• Email to your registered address
• Notice on our dashboard
• Update on our website

Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Lao People's Democratic Republic. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Laos.
